The TP-Link Omada JetStream SG2428P is a 28-port Gigabit Smart Switch designed for small and medium-sized businesses requiring reliable networking with advanced Power over Ethernet (PoE) functionality. It features 24 PoE+ ports delivering up to 30W per port and 4 additional Gigabit Ethernet ports, supporting both data and power delivery to IP cameras, VoIP phones, and wireless access points without separate power adapters.

This switch supports IPv6 alongside IPv4, ensuring future-proof networking with improved address allocation and enhanced routing capabilities. Advanced Layer 2 features include VLANs for traffic segmentation, QoS for prioritising voice and video traffic, and IGMP snooping for optimising multicast streams.
